TALANTA MOTORSPORTS SCHOOL OFFICIALLY LAUNCHED IN KASARANI

Deputy President Hon. Rigathi Gachagua inaugurated the Talanta Motorsport Academy in Kasarani, marking a significant milestone in talent development.

 The event was hosted by Cabinet Secretary Hon. Ababu Namwamba and attended by the Chairperson of the Parliamentary Committee on Sports Hon. Dan Wanyama, underscores the Ministry’s commitment to fostering talent. This initiative aligns with the Talanta Hela program’s objectives of recognizing, nurturing, and harnessing talents for economic gain, reflecting a strategic and purposeful approach to talent cultivation.

Ababu Namwamba, the Cabinet Secretary, highlighted that the Motorsport Academy plans to enroll promising young talents from the Kasarani area as its inaugural students. These individuals will receive comprehensive training at no cost, courtesy of the Kenyan government.

” By investing in the next generation of motorsport professionals, we are creating opportunities for our youth, driving economic growth, and promoting Kenya as a motorsport destination,” CS remarked.

He thanked the partners for their support in setting up the school.

“We cherish our partnerships and have every intention of broadening this collaboration. We equally thank our members of parliament for walking with us in this sports transformation journey,” he added.

On his part the Deputy President noted that The Talanta Motorsport Academy, captures the President Ruto’s Administration’s sole endeavour to refine talented individuals and make them extra competitive globally.
