Tanzania Soccer Giants Simba Sports Club have parted ways with head coach Pablo Franco.

The Msimbazi based side was last weekend eliminated in the semifinal of Azam Sports Federation Cup by their arch rivals Young Africans Sports Club after a 1-0 defeat in CCM Kirumba Stadium, Mwanza.

Simba currently lie 2nd in the Tanzania mainland Premier League table with 13 points behind their arch rivals Young Africans Sports Club with 4 matches to go.
In a statement published on their social media accounts, the club CEO Barbra Gonzalez confirmed the club had reached an agreement to mutually part ways with the Spanish tactician.

Club Legend and the current assistant coach Selemani Matola will take charge until the end of the season.

The club also confirmed Daniel De Castro Reyes who’s the club’s fitness coach will also be leaving the club.
